Learning & Knowledge Specialist (Up to 60K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | Day Shift (5AM-2PM **Overlapping with night shift team members)

You are the guardian of GoTeam's collective intelligence, ensuring that every process, insight, and standard is captured, structured, and accessible. This role exists to eliminate information silos and build a single source of truthtransforming raw data into actionable knowledge that empowers our teams to scale without friction.

Day to day, you act as a bridge between shifts, starting early to capture critical handovers from night-shift stakeholders. You enforce documentation rigor, manage version control, and leverage AI to extract insights from meetings and workflows. This role fits professionals who value extreme organization, take pride in governance, and believe that clear documentation is the foundation of operational excellence.

You're Likely a Strong Fit if You Have

• 35 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Documentation, or Organizational Development.
• Mastery of knowledge repositories, including managing SOPs, FAQs, and complex process documentation.
• Exceptional governance skills, with the ability to maintain version control, reduce redundancies, and enforce global standards.
• Cross-functional agility, comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and overlapping with night-shift stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on an early day shift (5:00 AM start).

Strong Signals

• Proficiency in AI-enabled tools for transcription, insight extraction, or data analytics.
• Experience in a BPO or global shared services environment where process consistency is critical.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and knowledge assets across a large organization.

Knowledge Architecture & Governance

You own the integrity of the workplace's intellectual assets by ensuring all information is current, searchable, and accurate.

• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository used across all departments.
• Reduce knowledge gaps and redundancies through clear ownership and strict governance.
• Ensure all SOPs and journey documents are version-controlled and audit-ready.

Insight Extraction & AI Integration

You leverage modern technology to turn daily operations into a learning library.

• Use AI-assisted analysis to transform meeting recordings into actionable insights.
• Implement AI tools to automate the creation and update of FAQs and process guides.
• Stay ahead of emerging KM trends to continuously optimize how the organization learns.

Stakeholder Collaboration

You ensure seamless information flow across different shifts and business units.

• Coordinate with night-shift leadership to capture critical operational updates.
• Lead the adoption of knowledge assets, ensuring teams trust and use the shared repository.
• Work with HR, IT, and Operations to document evolving cross-functional workflows.
