Qualifications:
- at least 2-3 years of experience in Content Management
- Has working experience in business analysis, stakeholder management and client management
- Amenable working in Hybrid setup and Night/Mid Shift
- Can start ASAP
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding product specifications, updates, and strategies. Generate reports for the management on product performance and user feedback.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of product development projects, ensuring that all administrative aspects are handled efficiently, from scheduling meetings to managing timelines and deliverables.
Meeting Organization and Facilitation:
- Schedule and facilitate meetings related to product development and strategy, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged.
Documentation Management:
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all product-related processes, including product specifications, version updates, and administrative procedures.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement administrative process improvements to enhance efficiency within the product development lifecycle.
Communication and Collaboration
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the product team and other stakeholders (including customers, partners, and internal teams) to gather and communicate product-related feedback and requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to other team members on product features, updates, and best practices.
- User Advocacy: Champion the needs and concerns of the user within the organization, ensuring that product development strategies prioritize user satisfaction and usability.
