  • WITH COOKING EXPERIENCE 1-2 YEARS OF FILIPINO CUISINES
  • KNOWLEDGEABLE IN VARIOUS COOKING METHODS.
  • UNDERSTANDING OF FOOD & SAFETY PROCEDURES
  • SHIFTING SCHEDULES
  • NEAR QUIAPO

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating as per the recipe standard requirements.
  • Cooking: Cook and assemble dishes according to the menu and specific customer preferences, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Kitchen Equipment Handling: Operate various kitchen appliances such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers, ensuring proper usage and safety.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and a positive work environment.
  • Responsible for getting/making the sales report of the store where he/she is assigned.
  • Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.
  • Such other lawful duties related to your work as may be assigned to you from time to time.
