Job Requirements
Account Acquisition
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Sales / Marketing.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Having a valid driver's license (motorcycle or four wheels) would be an advantage
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office like excel, word, and outlook.
- Willing to do a field work.
Account Acquisition
- Identifies customer requirements and need based on defined parameters such as population , target sales , etc.
- Conducts ocular inspection and identify foot traffic for the proposed location
- Prepares feasibility studies of the account and gets approval from immediate superior.
- Once approved and agreed by client, prepares documentation ( term sheet , PIF , etc.)
- Coordinates with Operations on the IU and manpower route schedule
- Assists the client concerns regarding machines and other inquiries
- Maintains open communication and good relationship with client.
- Identifies reasons for sales decline if applicable prepares.
- Identifies opportunities to improve sales such as transfer machine location , defective machines , incomplete selection , refill schedules , price increase and make recommendations.
- Daily huddle ( plans for the day and output of previous day).
- Reviews prices per account and make the necessary recommendations.
- Review planogram and introduce new products such as snacks and soda.
- Prepares GAF as needed
- Meets with clients at least once a month or as need
