At least 2-3 years of work experience in Sales / Marketing.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Having a valid driver's license (motorcycle or four wheels) would be an advantage
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office like excel, word, and outlook.
Willing to do a field work.
Job Responsibilities
Account Acquisition
Identifies customer requirements and need based on defined parameters such as population , target sales , etc.
Conducts ocular inspection and identify foot traffic for the proposed location
Prepares feasibility studies of the account and gets approval from immediate superior.
Once approved and agreed by client, prepares documentation ( term sheet , PIF , etc.)
Coordinates with Operations on the IU and manpower route schedule
Assists the client concerns regarding machines and other inquiries
Maintains open communication and good relationship with client.
Machine Productivity
Identifies reasons for sales decline if applicable prepares.
Identifies opportunities to improve sales such as transfer machine location , defective machines , incomplete selection , refill schedules , price increase and make recommendations.
Other Responsibilities
Daily huddle ( plans for the day and output of previous day).
Reviews prices per account and make the necessary recommendations.
Review planogram and introduce new products such as snacks and soda.
Prepares GAF as needed
Meets with clients at least once a month or as need
