Oversees the day-to-day operations for the Primer brand store, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and strategies to enhance overall store performance. This role involves greater responsibility than an Associate role, with an emphasis on supervising, coordinating, and managing cross-functional teams. The Accounts Supervisor plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and on-time project completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

SUPERVISION AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that projects are executed on time and meet performance goals.
  • Provide direct support for platform management, sales operations, and project execution.

STRATEGIC EXECUTION AND SUPPORT

  • Support the execution of key brand initiatives, campaigns, and digital strategies, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
  • Track and monitor daily performance against targets, providing suggestions for improvements where necessary.

ACCOUNT GROWTH AND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure timely and strategic execution of campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and work to maximize account performance and involvement in campaigns.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION

  • Facilitate communication between various teams (sales, digital, operations) to ensure the smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders (clients) to ensure seamless project execution.

DATA ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Perform regular analysis of account and operational performance to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Proactively address any issues that arise during daily operations, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner to prevent delays or complaints.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING SUPPORT

  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of required documents, reports, templates, and updates for the completion of various projects.
  • Support the team with the organization and maintenance of digital strategies, ensuring all activities are executed according to business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of e-commerce or digital/online activities or has a good background experience in digital/online activities and account management
  • Proven experience in managing accounts and handling key relationships is an advantage.
  • Highly trainable, organized, and systematic.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with leadership potential.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms, and ability to apply insights to improve operations and project outcomes.
