Job Description

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to support the launch and growth of our new Footwear brand.

Target onboarding: March 2026

This role is primarily sales-driven, ideal for someone who is a sports enthusiast, with strong experience in Footwear wholesale sales, key account handling, and inventory management. You will work closely with trade partners to drive sell-in, improve sell-through, and ensure healthy stock levels across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on account management and close coordination with trade partners
  • Develop joint business plans to drive sales and increase brand presence
  • Support inventory planning, replenishment, and allocation
  • Monitor stock levels, sell-in, and sell-through performance
  • Collaborate with accounts on promotional launches and in-store initiatives

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management in footwear brands
  • Strong background in wholesale sales and account growth
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, replenishment, and stock movement
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with sales and stock data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • With good coordination and presentation skills.
