Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandaluyong for a Key Account Sales Specialist. The role involves managing and fostering relationships with key accounts, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to meet sales goals. The professional will liaise with existing and prospective clients, provide exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities to drive growth and retention. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure the alignment of client needs and solutions while working to expand Skyro's reach within the region.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Sales strategies to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, track performance metrics, and create actionable sales plans.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, address their needs, and exceed their expectations.
  • Proven experience in managing client portfolios in financial services or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
