The
Field Sales Specialist is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing.
- Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets.
- Creates route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget.
- Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/s
- Conducts technical/demo selling.
- Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage.
- Bachelors degree in any business course
- At least two (2) years of experience in B2B sales is required
- At least two (2) years of experience of making and planning field routing
- Must be from the exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope below.
- Previous experience in the construction materials industry and/or FMCG, Retail or General Trade industry is preferred
