Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Metro Manila. The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, and identify growth opportunities within accounts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong Account Management experience and expertise in managing Key Accounts
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business success
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is advantageous
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
