Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila for a Key Account Manager - Plastic. The position involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities to drive business growth. The candidate will develop and execute business plans, oversee account strategies, analyze customer needs, and deliver excellent customer service to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling experience
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills for decision-making and strategy development
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain relationships and address client needs
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data and trends to develop customized solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the plastics industry or in managing B2B relationships is preferred
