Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales growth in on-premise channels (bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers in the on-premise sector.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts to ensure profitability and brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution in high-potential venues.
  • Lead execution of brand activations, promotions, and consumer engagement initiatives in coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal sales teams to ensure product availability, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, ideally in the alcohol industry
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
