About the Role:
The Key Account Manager for the CE Sales Department is responsible for leading the team and development of strategic customer accounts. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans and sales offers tailored for dealers on a regular basis.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights to guide product and service improvements.
- Secure purchase orders (P.O.) from dealers in alignment with agreed sales offers and targets.
- Oversee timely delivery and product availability, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and sellout performance, taking proactive measures to optimize stock management.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, fostering trust and longterm partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews (quarterly or semiannual) to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay vigilant on competitor activities and drive proactive strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
- Resolve issues and concerns promptly, ensuring continuous business flow and client confidence.
- Serve as a bridge between dealer accounting teams and LG, facilitating smooth financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of all business transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Lead and manage the Key Account team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure collective success.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, account management, or a similar customerfacing role.
- Strong grasp of sales principles, account development strategies, and customer service best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of building client relationships.
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
