Job Overview
This position requires a strategic and results-driven professional with expertise in key account management. The Key Account Manager is critical in understanding Globe's business objectives, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the key client, Globe, understanding their business objectives and ensuring alignment with company offerings.
- Account Development: Develop account plans and strategies to maximize Globe's revenue growth, cross-selling opportunities, and overall client satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans specifically tailored to address Globe's unique needs.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations on contracts and agreements with Globe, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for Globe, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the Globe account.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns Globe raises promptly and effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on the performance of the Globe account, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach in serving the Globe account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, handling Globe, and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to tailor strategies and approaches to the specific needs of the Globe account.
