Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail and distribution partners. This position oversees account planning, negotiates terms and promotions, and ensures timely execution of sales and merchandising initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Key Account Manager collaborates with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and supply chain to align portfolio strategies, manage forecasts, and maintain service levels. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing account data, resolving customer issues, and identifying opportunities for assortment expansion and new product launches within key accounts. The role requires consistent in-person engagement with customers and internal stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong Key Accounts and Account Management skills, with proven experience handling modern trade account.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, market data, and account performance, supporting data-driven decisions and business planning.
- Experience in Business Planning, including developing account plans, sales forecasts, and promotional strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship building, problem solving, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail environments, preferably in snacks, beverages, or better-for-you products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools for reporting, planning, and account management activities.
