Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, dealer expansion, and strategic account management across assigned territories and business channels. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, resellers, and key accounts while ensuring sustainable revenue generation and long-term business development.
The position combines relationship management, commercial execution, and market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing accounts, and improving overall sales performance.
The role also ensures alignment between customer needs and company objectives through proactive account servicing, inventory coordination, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
Key success in this role is measured through sales achievement, dealer network growth, account retention, market penetration, operational efficiency, and the ability to develop profitable and scalable business partnerships.

Account Management & Dealer Development

Account Management & Dealer Development
- Build, manage, and expand active dealer accounts and business partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and resellers
- Conduct regular account visits, dealer meetings, and business reviews
- Ensure proper alignment between dealer needs and company objectives
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop expansion plans for inactive or underperforming accounts
- Manage assigned key accounts, driving sell-in activities and strategic account development.
- Ensure proper after-sales coordination and issue resolution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out performance across assigned accounts
- Create account-specific sales strategies and promotional initiatives
- Push priority SKUs, attach products, bundles, and strategic product categories
- Monitor dealer inventory movement and replenishment cycles
- Collaborate with marketing for dealer activations, campaigns, and product launches
- Drive B2B opportunities including corporate accounts, bulk orders, and partnership sales
- Identify and develop non-government B2B opportunities.
- Develop strong product expertise through hands-on experience, testing, and practical application.
- Ensure proactive follow-up on quotations, opportunities, and pending sales
- Identify and acquire new dealers, resellers, and business opportunities
- Expand presence in target markets, industries, and territories
- Build partnerships with corporate accounts, schools, LGUs, SMEs, and retail channels
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Recommend new business opportunities, categories, and market initiatives
- Manage end-to-end government sales and bidding, including RFQ sourcing, quotation preparation, bid submission, fulfillment, and collections.
- Attend and represent the company at events, trade fairs, and networking activities.
- Participate in events, trade shows, caravans, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and account pipelines
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports
- Monitor aging inventory, fast-moving SKUs, and inventory health
- Coordinate inventory requirements and forecasts with supply chain and purchasing teams
- Provide market feedback, dealer insights, and demand trends
- Ensure visibility of account performance metrics and action plans
- Coordinate closely with logistics, finance, warehouse, marketing, and customer support teams
- Ensure proper documentation, order processing, collections coordination, and account monitoring
- Maintain updated client database and account records
- Adhere to company policies, reporting deadlines, and commercial processe
- Manage collection processes, including payment follow-ups and coordination with delivery operations.
- Escalate operational risks and dealer concerns proactively
