Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with key clients, develop and execute strategic business plans, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include working closely with key accounts to identify needs, providing tailored solutions, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize service delivery and achieve business goals is vital to this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Key Accounts and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategic plans for client relationships
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and performance metrics
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the building materials or home furnishings industry is an advantage
