Job Description

Location: Central Luzon, Tarlac, Baguio, Pangasinan, Cagayan valley

Role Overview:

The position focuses on optimizing sales from assigned accounts to meet business targets within a specific Territory or Industry Sector in the Philippines. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales Team and other business areas to drive sales, build customer relationships, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and exceed targets for assigned accounts in the Philippines.
  • Analyze customer data to identify high-growth opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Use RS's value proposition to differentiate the company from competitors and expand the product range.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data for effective sales tracking.
  • Drive marketing campaigns, manage high-value projects, and contribute to overall sales and margin goals.
  • Support internal teams and share best practices to achieve individual and team sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven industrial field sales experience, including key account management.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Philippines business environment and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience engaging with senior management in companies.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in B2B e-commerce and working within a global business environment.
  • Project management skills, particularly in automation and control.
