Job Summary: The Key Account Management Specialist will Work Closely with Online Seller(s) in Ensuring that Seller Account(s) are Well-Managed and Up-to-Date with Market Trend(s). You will be Responsible in Performing the Necessary Research by Utilizing Different Social Media Platform(s) and Other Online Source(s) to Provide Useful Intel that would Allow Seller(s) to Maximize their Potential Growth and Earning(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review Seller Account(s), Perform Market Research and Provide Useful Intel on Different Trend(s) and Tip(s) for Improvement, Partner with Online Seller(s) to Maximize Potential of their Account(s) and Posting(s) and Help Increase Overall Revenue, Collaborate with Client(s) and Business Leader(s) and Offer New Idea(s) to Improve the Business, Develop Strong Relationship(s) with Seller(s), Serve as a Knowledge Source for Seller(s) to Drive and Allow Positive Experience(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field or Equivalent Work Experience(s) - 1 Year(s) Relevant Experience(s) in Sales and Marketing, Account Management, Business-to-Business (B2B), Business Development, and Seller Support
  • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tool(s), Creative Mindset and Able to Perform Research as Needed, Up-to-Date with the Latest Trend(s) in the Market, Familiar with Social Media Platform(s) Including Messaging Tool(s) such as WhatsApp and Yahoo Messenger
  • Demonstrates Business Communication Skills with the Ability to Carry a Consultative Type of Conversation when Engaging with Seller(s), Ability to Articulate Thought(s) Clearly and Build Positive Relationship(s) with Seller(s) via Different Communication Channel(s) and/or Platform(s)
