ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

The Business Development team takes the lead in acquiring merchants and brokering strategic partnerships to help amplify Enstack's reach among key communities. We always operate on an opportunity-spotting mindset that enables us to see where our products and services fit into both customer and partner needs.

This team works closely with multiple external stakeholders ranging from individual merchants, seller communities, corporates, to government and non-government organizations. If you thrive in external relationship management, and possess strong business acumen, working with this team is the right fit for you.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for contributing to the growth of a category (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales and transaction volumes of the category
  • Focus on acquiring sellers, groups, communities, or LGUs that can bring many users to join and use Enstack for their business
  • Responsible for managing relationships with sellers, groups, or LGUs after the acquisition, including supporting these sellers onboarding, training, and incubation process
  • Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data and translate them into valuable reports
  • Provide market insights from the seller's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
  • Assist in troubleshooting seller's issues and concerns and liaise with internal departments - Operations, Payments, and Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Has at least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in a startup and ecommerce is a plus
  • Passionate about business digitization, website design & development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PPT) and G-Suite
  • Team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking
