Job Title: Web Designer with Front-End Development Skills

Summary: GoTeam is seeking for a design-first web designer with front-end development skills to build, optimize, and enhance our Shopify website. This role will focus on creating high-converting landing pages, improving conversion rate optimization (CRO), and ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining and updating site functionality.

Key Duties
- Design and build visually stunning, high-converting Shopify landing pages.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) split tests.
- Develop and refine Shopify pages (collection/page templates, navigation, layouts).
- Update on-site assets (banners, product images, promotions) to keep the site fresh.
- Manage general site updates, including removing widgets, coding ATC (Add-to-Cart) popups, optimizing page load speed, and ensuring seamless functionality.
Skills And Experience
Essential Skills:
- Design-first thinker with a strong eye for UI/UX and conversion-optimized design.
- Shopify experience, including Liquid.
- CRO-focused mindset, with the ability to implement A/B tests.
- Basic front-end skills, including HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for Shopify tweaks.
- Fast execution with the ability to deliver efficiently without hand-holding.
- Experience using AI coding tools.
