Role Overview: Support ServiceNow development and IT operations under guidance, assisting with deployments at client locations. Handles basic workflows, endpoint monitoring, and project support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying and configuring ServiceNow modules on client sites.
- Support network monitoring, endpoint management, and integrations.
- Implement basic workflows, client scripts, and business rules.
- Help with on-site testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
- Maintain project documentation and assist in knowledge transfer.
- Follow senior guidance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of ServiceNow development experience or relevant IT experience.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD modules.
- Exposure to network monitoring and endpoint management is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
