We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Desk Analyst with expertise in Microsoft 365, O365, and Active Directory to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experience across various platforms.
Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Position: Service Desk Analyst (Ms365/O365/Active Directory)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365/O365 applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist users with account management, software installations, and configurations.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery processes.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in a similar role supporting MS365/O365
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
