Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce (SFDC) platform. This role will work closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth user experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience, strong operational discipline, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on Salesforce administration support, including:
  • Data cleanup and hygiene initiatives
  • Record creation, updates, and maintenance
  • Resolving basic system errors and user issues
  • User setup, role assignments, and permission management
  • Support Sales Operations / Revenue Operations by:
  • Assisting Sales and Customer Success teams with Salesforce-related requests
  • Ensuring Salesforce workflows align with sales and post-sales processes
  • Helping maintain pipeline accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Create and maintain basic Salesforce reports and dashboards to support operational and performance tracking
  • Handle high-volume operational requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Document Salesforce processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and common troubleshooting steps
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
  • Collaborate with senior Salesforce admins, Ops leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders on system enhancements and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with day-to-day SFDC operations, including data management and user support
  • Exposure to Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with familiarity in sales and customer lifecycle processes
  • Experience working in a SaaS or fintech environment, or similar fast-paced, metrics-driven organizations
  • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases)
  • Comfortable documenting processes and following structured workflows
