Key Responsibilities

  • Active Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to SME business owners, founders, and HR managers via FindShare, LinkedIn, Facebook, and cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct high-impact online and face-to-face pitches to demonstrate the value of our cost-effective healthcare and payroll bundles.
  • Pipeline Management: Move prospects through the sales funnel, from initial hunting and qualification to closing the deal.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle client inquiries, overcome objections, and secure commitments for our HR and Healthcare partner solutions.
  • Client Onboarding: Partner with the account coordination team to ensure a seamless transition for newly signed clients and their employees.
  • Revenue Growth: Promote the FindShare rewards platform as an add-on value to existing and new partners to maximize the ecosystem's reach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 12 years of experience in Direct Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development. (Specific experience in selling HMO, Insurance, or HR software is a massive plus).
  • Education: College degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Sales Grit: Comfortable with outbound hunting, hitting weekly lead targets, and handling rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, PowerPoint for pitching) and familiar with digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Mindset: A persistent, organized, and competitive professional who is motivated by targets and closing milestones.
