Minimum Qualifications
Experience: At least 12 years of experience in Direct Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development. (Specific experience in selling HMO, Insurance, or HR software is a massive plus).
Education: College degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Sales Grit: Comfortable with outbound hunting, hitting weekly lead targets, and handling rejection with a positive attitude.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, PowerPoint for pitching) and familiar with digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
