Junior Rollout Governance Analyst (Business Analyst)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Assist in ensuring rollout activities follow defined governance standards and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements
• Help maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and reports
• Monitor basic process performance data and escalate issues to the lead or manager
• Support the implementation of simple process improvements
• Provide assistance during rollout activities and governance checks
• Participate in meetings, documentation reviews, and stakeholder discussions
• Provide basic user support and process guidance as needed

Qualifications

• College graduateof Business, IT, Engineering, or any related course

1 to 3 years of experience

• Basic understanding of business processes or project implementation is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2x a week onsite in BGC, Taguig)
• Available for day shift schedule
