What You'll Do
- Support the project team from planning to reporting
- Assist in developing fieldwork materials, discussion guides, and surveys
- Participate in focus groups, interviews, and survey fieldwork
- Summarize and analyze insights
- Transcribe and translate interviews as needed
- Maintain data privacy and research quality standards under ISO 20252 and GDPR
- Perform other research-related tasks as assigned
Who We're Looking For
- Based in Metro Manila or Rizal only (due to hybrid work and fieldwork requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Communications Research, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in qualitative or quantitative research is a plus but not required
