Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our US Travel Nurse recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and interviews with candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in managing job postings and employer branding efforts
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status and requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates (any course)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
