Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership by providing data-driven input on real estate and financial projects
- Conduct financial modeling, investment analysis, and market research to evaluate opportunities
- Coordinate with investors, lenders, and external partners for transactions or project discussions
- Translate financial and market data into clear insights for decision-making
- Assist in tracking and executing business development or financing initiatives from planning to completion
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in real estate and finance (both are required)
- Degree from a top-tier university (MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities
