As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer at Kodexa, you will be responsible for performing manual testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of our software products. This is an entry-level position, where you will work closely with the QA team and other departments to develop and execute test cases based on product requirements. You will also contribute to identifying and reporting defects while learning best practices in software testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Perform manual testing activities, including functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Accurately document and track defects in the bug tracking system, ensuring clear steps to reproduce issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product features and ensure proper test coverage.
- Analyze test results and report any issues, providing feedback to improve product quality.
- Support the continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Escalate critical issues following established procedures.
- Collaborate with QA, development, customer success teams as needed.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of manual testing methodologies.
