Job Description

  • Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal team, external team and clients to ensure seamless communication and task flow.
  • Support the planning and logistics of production shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment scheduling.
  • Assist during production shoots by supporting crew and talent, organizing supplies, and managing schedules.
  • Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to resource allocation and workload balancing across teams.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure all project assets are up-to-date.
  • Help facilitate meetings, including kick-offs and status updates, with clear agendas and action items.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive environment to ensure creative ideas flourish.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production coordination, preferably in media, advertising, or creative projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in media, advertising, film, or related fields.
  • A passion for creative storytelling and client service.
