The Project Officer supports the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of projects within the Contact Center Channel Division. The role ensures all project activities—from requirements gathering to reporting—are completed accurately and on schedule.
The Project Officer plays a key role in tracking progress, preparing documentation, escalating risks, and supporting the Project Manager in executing initiatives aligned with divisional goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution Support
•Prepare project documents (plans, reports, MoMs, trackers) accurately and on time.
•Monitor project activity progress and escalate delays or issues promptly
Reporting & Documentation
•Submit status reports, updates, and escalations within required timelines.
•Maintain accurate project repositories and ensure documentation completeness.
Risk & Compliance
•Identify risks and ensure all issues are escalated and closed within SLA.
•Ensure projects adhere to PMO templates, documentation standards, and closure requirements.
Cost & Resource Tracking
•Assist in monitoring project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
•Coordinate resource scheduling and availability.

Must Have
•Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks
•Asset and inventory management knowledge
•System access management capability
•Experience in operational risk and audit processes
•Strong attention to detail
Good to Have
•Intermediate Excel (tracking, reconciliation)
•Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments
