Junior Operations Manager Healthcare - Philippines Based

This isn't a typical ops role. We're scaling fast, processes are evolving, and we need someone who can bring order, consistency, and execution discipline.

What You'll Do

You'll sit at the center of operations, making sure things move forward every single day.

1. Drive Nurse Pipeline Execution

Follow up with nurses on documentation, exams, and timelines

Ensure candidates stay on track from onboarding to deployment

Act as a consistent point of contact for nurse communication

2. Keep Operations Running Smoothly

Track progress across candidates and flag delays early

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed

Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

3. Build and Maintain SOPs

Turn messy workflows into clear SOPs, checklists, and templates

Continuously improve processes as we scale

Document how things actually work, not how they should work

4. Own Execution, Not Just Tasks

Take ownership of outcomes, not just assigned work

Proactively solve problems instead of waiting for instructions

Bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

1–4 years experience in operations, customer success, or coordination roles

Strong written communication. You can explain things clearly and simply

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable following up persistently and professionally

Ability to take rough direction and turn it into structured output

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in healthcare, staffing, or EdTech

Experience working with SOPs or process documentation

Exposure to international candidates or compliance-driven workflows
