The Role

As a Junior Multimedia Specialist, you'll help bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, videos, and sound. Working closely with our Creative Producer, you'll support the creation of podcasts, training videos, and promotional content that highlight 5 ELK's brand and culture. If you love crafting eye-catching visuals and polished edits, this role lets you make every project estetik!

What you'll do

• Edit and produce podcasts, including basic audio cleanup and branding.
• Create videos and graphics for social media and internal projects.
• Assist with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
• Organise and manage media files and digital assets.
• Work with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay updated on multimedia and podcast trends to share fresh ideas.

What we are looking for

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Basic video editing skills, ideally with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiar with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Basic understanding of audio editing, color correction, and video exporting.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or JavaScript for web-based multimedia work.
