Junior-Mid Analyst Programmer (Java, .Net)

• The Analyst Programmer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications based on business and technical requirements. This role involves coding, debugging, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support ongoing system enhancements and project delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain functional software modules based on approved requirements
• Analyze and debug moderately complex system and application issues
• Perform system troubleshooting and implement performance improvements
• Document system updates, fixes, and technical changes
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with system design and objectives
• Provide occasional guidance and support to Junior Analysts and developers

Qualifications

• Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 13 years of relevant experience in software development, system analysis, or programming

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET technologies
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL and MS SQL
• Understanding of system analysis, software design, and development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git) is an advantage
