Senior Analyst Programmer / .NET Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET backend components
• Develop, implement, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: estimation, standups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Update user stories and tasks in Jira with accurate sprint status
• Conduct initial testing before releasing work to QA
• Submit pull requests, manage merges, and support release cycles
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects raised by QA or end users
• Provide proactive updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders
• Perform daily service monitoring and reporting
• Prepare and submit required reports on time
• Support team continuity by assisting peers as needed
• Expand knowledge of business processes and related systems
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and development best practices
• Mentor junior developers or assist team members when necessary
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
• 5+ yearsMicrosoft .NET development
• 4+ yearsSQL Server
• 1+ yearHTML, CSS, JavaScript
• 1+ yearReact
• 1+ yearES6 or TypeScript
• 2+ yearsusing Git version control
• 1+ yearexperience with Agile software development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to document and explain technical details clearly
• Understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, status codes)
• Knowledge of .NET best practices (SOLID, Dependency Injection, Unit Testing)
• Familiarity with testing, version control strategies, and DRY principles
• Willingness to learn new tools, patterns, and technologies
