Junior Mechanical Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Junior Mechanical Engineer. In this role, the engineer will assist in project evaluations, mechanical systems design, and 3D modeling using CAD software. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting load calculations, supporting machine design, performing technical research, and assisting in the coordination of project activities. The role also involves providing engineering support during the implementation and testing phases, helping to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and expertise in Machine Design
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating mechanical layouts and models
• Knowledge of Project Management principles, including planning and task coordination
• Experience or skill in conducting Research and Development (R&D) related to mechanical systems
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations, such as ASHRAE or related technical guidelines, is a plus
