We are expanding our existing office and operations in BGC, and are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel ready to build a strong foundation in corporate, commercial, and regulatory practice.
This role is specifically designed for candidates with less than one (1) year of full-time legal work experience who want meaningful exposure, hands-on work, and direct client interaction early in their careers.

What you'll do
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and drafting contracts and commercial agreements (e.g., service agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements).
- Support on corporate transactions, including due diligence, documentation, compliance checks, and coordinating with counterparties.
- Help with regulatory applications, license submissions, and communications with agencies such as PAGCOR, SEC, and DTI.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Assist clients in developing internal compliance and risk management processes.
- Work with foreign or cross-border clients to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.
- Stay up to date with developments in key sectors such as gaming, fintech, media, and technology.
What we're looking for
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable law school
- Active (or soon to be) member of the Philippine Bar
- Up to 1 year of legal work experience (internships, externships, clinics, and apprenticeships count)
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple matters, and work collaboratively
- Professional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Willingness to handle both foundational legal tasks and more substantive client work
Huge Plus
- CPA license or accounting background many of our matters involve tax, regulatory compliance, and financial structuring
- Experience working with regulatory agencies or handling tax-related matters
- Exposure to or interest in Gaming, Fintech, and TMT sectors
- Experience supporting cross-border or international clients
