Job Description
Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented
Junior ICT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The incumbent of the position shall be Responsible and Accountable for the following:
- Helpdesk Services such as but not limited: PC/Desktop/Laptop Related Services; Printers, Scanners and other PC Peripherals Related Services; Software and Operating Systems; IP-PBX Telephony Hardware and Services; CCTV Hardware, Software Application and Services; Preventive Maintenance Services; and other Related Services and Functions.
- Manage, Maintain and Administer ICT Infrastructure Technologies and perform related service tickets
- Manage, Maintain and Administer ICT Security Technologies and perform related service tickets
- Provide Technology Reports based on the Assigned Technology Specialization and Customer Satisfaction Evaluation
- Provide Accurate Technical Documentation of Implementations, Resolutions, Researches and technical Items Related to ICT
- Other functions such as: Innovation; Research and Development (attends free Trainings, Seminars, Recommends New Technologies, Tests New Software and Hardware and Related); Conduct Key Learning Programs; Conduct training and knowledge transfer on new technologies
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelors/College Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology (IT)
- At least 2-3 years Hands-on Experience on the following: Helpdesk Services; ICT Infrastructure Management, ICT Security; ICT Systems Management; Technical and Technology Reporting/Analysis; Technical Writing and Documentation; Business Analysis; Strategic Planning; Project Management, and Crisis/Risk Management Compliance
