The team works towards redesigning the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and detailed experience to our employees around the world.

As a Junior HR Service Center Team Leader, you will provide centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. You will ensure efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes. You will establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. Additionally, you will coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.

What You Will Do

  • Supervises the daily activities of a business or technical support or production team to ensure expectations are met/exceeded and operating in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Sets priorities for the team to guarantee task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors and managers.
  • Collaborates with other levels of management and other departments to create and maintain efficient work processes.
  • Collaborates with other levels of management, departments, and clients regarding requests.
  • Participates in both internal and external projects as needed.
  • Connect with the team the about changes to the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that the team is made aware of new products and services, as well as, other relevant information such as press releases, media advisories, etc.
  • Maintains discipline within the team to ensure that every member of the group acts in a manner consistent with the organization's code of conduct and cultural norms.
  • Ensures timely, accurate and complete reporting to appropriate parties regarding the team's operations.
  • Ensuring that the team maintains the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the vital work.
  • Establishes formal goals for each employee to achieve within established timeframes and conducts regular meetings with employees to review progress.
  • Motivates, develops, recruits and retains employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of hard-working teams.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Psychology or other similar fields
  • At least 1-2 years managerial/team lead experience
  • Basic knowledge of current systems used by the company, preferably has background/experience in Workday and Zendesk or other similar ticketing system good excel skills, attention to detail, some prior experience preparing reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to be on different shifts throughout the work week and to adjust to night shift on some days based on business needs
  • Experience in any facets of HR like Compensation & Benefits, Employee Experience, Local HR policies or Talent Acquisition

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office just 2 days per week.
