Your Role
As a Junior Graphic Production Associate, you will :
- Ad Layout & Production
- Use Adobe InDesign to prepare ad layouts based on established templates.
- Insert, resize, and adjust company logos, images, and text content to fit within the layout requirements.
- Export accurate, print-ready files (PDF, JPG, etc.) following our technical standards.
- Workflow & Task Management
- Work within a steady, ongoing production queue (multiple ads each day).
- Follow naming conventions, folder structures, and file-management processes consistently.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and submit completed files within expected turnaround windows.
- Quality Control
- Perform basic self-proofing before submitting files for review.
- Ensure accuracy of logo placement, spacing, alignment, and formatting.
- Maintain a high standard of consistency across all ads produced.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with our U.S. team via email, chat, or project-management tools.
- Respond promptly to revision notes and feedback.
- Work independently during Philippine daytime hours (while our team sleeps), ensuring reliable daily output.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Beginner to intermediate ability in Adobe InDesign (required).
- Basic familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator for logo adjustments (resizing, background removal, simple edits).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow templates, brand guidelines, and written instructions precisely.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to manage multiple files efficiently
