Junior Graphic Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaue for a Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for marketing materials, packaging, and digital content. They will assist in developing design concepts, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and ensure brand consistency across all visuals. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of design trends to support the company's marketing and branding objectives.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Creativity in developing visual content, with a good understanding of design principles and current trends.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in design and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with typography, layouts, and producing both print and digital materials.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Understanding of branding and marketing concepts is a plus.
• A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
