Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer concerns and provide technical support (onsite and remote)
  • Repair, troubleshoot, and document equipment (warranty and chargeable)
  • Monitor project status and engineering activities
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and turnover documents
  • Maintain backup files and system alignment data
  • Ensure proper logging, tracking, and endorsement of service cases
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution
  • Report technical issues and defects to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • With IT/technical support background preferred
  • Knowledge of audio-visual systems is an advantage
  • Willing to work overtime, night shifts, and travel on short notice
