Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drainage and stormwater design for roads, subdivisions, commercial developments, and flood control projects.
- Prepare drainage layouts, profiles, details, and quantity take-offs.
- Perform basic hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for canals, culverts, pipelines, and storm drains.
- Review shop drawings, design submissions, and as-built plans.
- Conduct site inspections
- Ensure compliance with DPWH standards (Blue Book) for government projects and approved specifications for private developments.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (road, structural, utilities, environmental).
- Assist in resolving site drainage and flooding issues.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and documentation for clients and authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 5 years of relevant experience in drainage, infrastructure, or land development projects.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is an advantage).
- Basic understanding of drainage, stormwater, and flood control principles.
- Familiarity with DPWH standards and local codes; exposure to private developer standards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hydrology/hydraulic tools (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM) is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in both office and site environments.
- Time management and attention to detail.
