Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Dining Manager at Vikings Group of Companies in Tong Yang, Capitol Central Bacolod. The Junior Dining Manager supports the management of front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily dining operations and staff scheduling

Ensure high-quality, efficient service and guest engagement

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain service flow and timing

Maintain dining area cleanliness and adherence to safety standards

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field

2+ years proven supervisory experience in dining operations

Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the food & beverage outlets

Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Health and safety regulations & compliance adept

Willing to be assigned in Tong Yang, Capitol Central Bacolod.

Amenable to start as soon as possible
