We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team at Corpaxe. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with data, has exceptional Excel skills, and takes pride in accuracy and thoroughness. You'll play a critical role in supporting our client relationships by delivering custom reporting and maintaining data quality across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Reporting & Template Management
- Create and maintain bespoke reporting templates for client deliverables
- Execute recurring client reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Partner with Client Success teams to update and modify existing reporting templates based on client specifications
- Ensure timely delivery of scheduled reports to stakeholders
Data Cleaning & Quality Assurance
- Perform manual data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation tasks
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies across multiple sources
- Conduct quality checks on data imports and exports
- Document data issues and support troubleshooting efforts
Operational Support
- Handle ad hoc data requests from clients and internal teams
- Assist with data exports, formatting, and file preparation
- Support senior analysts with data preparation for larger projects
- Maintain organized documentation of reporting processes
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify opportunities to scale recurring ad-hoc reports into the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets
- Comfortable working with CSV files and basic data formats
- Ability to follow technical instructions and established processes

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of prior experience in customer success, data analytics, or technical support in a SaaS company

- Basic understanding of database concepts
- Previous experience in a client-facing or SaaS-oriented role
