The Data Analyst will be responsible for data collection and analysis of Executive compensation that are obtained from Annual reports and other public disclosed data. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate the ability to complete multiple companies and special projects on schedule and with 100% accuracy. The candidate will be highly detail-oriented and have excellent analytical skills.
In addition, the role will require to assist with quality reviewing data processed/analysed by other team members and participate in system testing processes. He/She will apply practice specific technology and provide services to internal and external Willis Towers Watson clients. Training on specific processes will be ongoing.

- Data researching, collecting executive information, and analysis.
- Provide input in the production of overall metrics for the team to be used in status reports for the clients.

- Support the expansion of Data Management scope of work through active participation in working groups and special teams.
The requirements:
- Detail oriented and natural readers.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with compensation functions and incentive plans is a plus.
- Knowledge in Company stocks, Revenues, Funds and Vesting is a plus.
