We are hiring for a part-time remote position based in the Philippines. This role is ideal for students, early-career professionals, or juniormid profiles who are available and willing to work primarily on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts. A minimum commitment of 60 working hours per month is required.

This position supports our product Torneo by Sofascore, a state-of-the-art tournament management platform for sports organizations, clubs, and associations. Torneo enables them to manage and showcase their competitions directly within the Sofascore app, bringing them closer to our global audience.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative individual with a passion for sports and digital tools. In this role, you will support users, verify data, resolve issues, and help ensure the accuracy and quality of information within the Torneo platform.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide support and training to new users of the Torneo application
• Input, verify, and update sports data in the Torneo application
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with senior data specialists to ensure data integrity
• Assist in the triage and resolution of reported bugs within the application
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data processes and application functionality

What you bring to the team

• Familiarity with sports statistics and major sports leagues (professional or personal interest)
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
• Basic understanding of data management tools and software, with a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You are fluent in English (writing and speaking)
