The Junior CRM Specialist for Biker Marketing is responsible for executing CRM programs focused on lead nurturing, onboarding, and early biker activation.
Onboarding & Activation for Bikers
- Design and implement onboarding journeys for new biker partners to:
- Guide them from registration to their first ride
- Foster engagement and retention through targeted messaging
- Develop campaigns that highlight the benefits of partnering with Angkas, including earnings potential and operational support
CRM Campaign Execution
- Set up, test, and deploy digital campaigns targeting biker acquisition and ongoing engagement
- Ensure accurate segmentation and personalization based on rider experience
- Collaborate with the CRM team to refine campaign strategies and messaging
Promotional Support for Biker Recruitment
- Aid in the setup of promotional initiatives to incentivize bikers to join the platform
- Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee promotions are reaching the right audience
- Monitor the application of incentives and report any discrepancies
Analytics & Insight Generation
- Analyze activation-related metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
- Report on key metrics, including onboarding completion rates and rider activity
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of biker engagement strategies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or similar fields
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, HubSpot) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process execution
- Understanding of user engagement metrics and performance analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
