Role: Junior Video Designer (CapCut Specialist)

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part time, project based

Reporting to: Founder

Compensation: Sweat Equity and Tokens to start, moving to salaried role post funding

About DAOasis

DAOasis is building a premium wellness and Web3 ecosystem spanning physical retreats, a Companion App, and a tokenised community. Content is central to how we communicate trust, ambition, and quality.

Video is a core pillar of the brand.

We are currently in an early build phase and are assembling a small, high-conviction team aligned with long-term upside.

The Role

You will work directly with the founder to create exceptional video content for DAOasis, used across:

Website hero and product videos

Social media content (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Marketing and launch assets

This is a hands-on execution role focused on quality, consistency, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce high quality videos using CapCut

Create short form social video optimised per platform

Build premium website video assets aligned with the DAOasis brand

Apply sound design, pacing, captions, and transitions with intent

Repurpose core assets across multiple formats

Iterate quickly based on founder feedback

Maintain brand tone and visual consistency

Compensation & Incentives (Important)

This role starts as a sweat-equity contributor position during the feasibility and pre-funding phase.

Phase 1: Pre-Funding (Current Phase)

No fixed salary

Monthly $DRT token allocation for active contribution

Equity allocation in DAOasis (vesting based)

Flexible workload aligned to agreed output

This phase is about alignment and building together, not freelancing.

Phase 2: Post-Funding (Upon Successful Raise)

Once DAOasis secures its next funding round:

Transition to a paid monthly salary (part time initially, with scope to scale)

Ongoing token incentives tied to output and milestones

Equity continues to vest based on contribution and tenure

Exact salary bands will be set post-raise and aligned to role scope and commitment.

Strong hands-on experience with CapCut

Natural feel for modern social video and storytelling

Ability to turn rough direction into polished output

Taste and judgement over formal qualifications

Comfortable working closely with a founder

Hungry to grow with a brand, not just deliver files

Nice to Have

Experience in wellness, lifestyle, tech, or startup content

Motion text or light animation skills

Interest in Web3 or tokenised ecosystems
